Just returned from a FANTASTIC STAY next to the metro station! the breakfast with chia seed desserts was a delightful surprise. Would definitely stay here again! the rooms are even better than in photos.

The homemade jams at breakfast were a delightful surprise, and the staff's generosity shined. The well-equipped gym impressed, and the spacious rooms were a cozy retreat.

After a buggy start with wood lice, a room change revived the stay. Housekeeping's light touch and a missing bar service at the rooftop pool left room for improvement, though the experience still sparkled.

The professionalism and knowledge of Ms. Viktoria and the assistance of Mr Cristian from Engineering were exceptional. The hotel staff, including housekeeping and reception, ensured a comfortable stay. The room size was generous and the Bose music system was a delightful touch. The central location near the metro station made exploring easy, and the rooftop pool offered a relaxing respite. The nearby landmarks like Al Barsha Pond Park and Black Palace Beach created memorable family bonding moments during our stay.

the dusit was spotless and so close to so much fun. jumeirah beach and kite beach were amazing! the staff were so helpful - especially mica at the reception and cris and jatinder. the hot showers were great too.

The views from my room at Dusit D2 Kenz hotel were absolutely stunning - I could see the city skyline and iconic landmarks from my window, making for a truly memorable experience. The Thai street food dining experience was a delightful surprise, with its unique blend of flavorful dishes and vintage cinematic decor. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Club Room privileges and the rejuvenating spa treatments, which added an extra layer of luxury to my stay.

The bed in my room was a bit of a drawback, as it was a king bed made by joining twin beds, leaving an uncomfortable gap in between.

Dusit offers exceptional service with friendly staff. the location is perfect near the metro and supermarkets. the rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. Harshi and Marlin at reception provide lovely service.

I always return for business. Staff kindly gave currency exchange tips during my first visit. Perfect amenities include Wi-Fi, on-site car park, poolside snack bar, fitness studio, flat-screen TV, laundry. It suits me perfectly, and I have no regrets.

The staff were super friendly, always ready to help, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the room service was top-notch, and I loved the cozy vibe of the room. the location of the hotel is amazing, with easy access to the metro and other attractions. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was just what I needed to start my day off right.

The only downside I found during my stay was the size of the swimming pool. It was a bit on the smaller side, so it could get crowded at peak times.

During my stay, I experienced the rejuvenating volcanic stone massage at the hotel's spa. The deep soothing heat from the volcanic stones, coupled with the therapeutic oils, worked wonders on my muscles, transporting me to a state of pure bliss.

As a frequent traveler, I often stay in hotels for transit, and the Dusit D2 Kenz hotel in Dubai's Al Barsha area provided the perfect respite. The property's convenient location, just 30 km away from Dubai Creek SPB, made it easy for me to access and explore the city during my short stay.

During my stay, I encountered a minor inconvenience related to the hotel's visitor policy. I was informed by the reception staff that visitors were not allowed in the room, even for a brief moment, which caused a bit of confusion and frustration.

I splurged on a Club Room, but the private check-in and luxury linens weren't as exciting as the all-day refreshments and boardroom access. It's like being in a fancy office, but better!

Had to beg for slippers and a shaver, because apparently, they don't believe in providing basic amenities. How dare they make me ask for things!

the room with balcony had a fantastic view, the lobby was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. the staff, including Marlin and Arun, provided excellent hospitality.

Staying in this hotel was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. I could see that this hotel was perfect- clean, with wonderful facilities and a great location next to the Metro station. The hotel is near everything you might need in your stay and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, including a delicious breakfast and a parking spot for my rental car. The hotel is so close to the Internet City Metro station, making transportation easy.

The leisure spa & wellness centre is exceptional, featuring an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and even a heated rooftop pool with a view. Not to forget the dining restaurant where we enjoyed buffet breakfast, delicious dinner and had excellent staff with service that went above and beyond.
